1. SHIPPING METHOD
The orders you place will be shipped by us with PostNL to the delivery address you provided after payment. PostNL typically delivers within the Netherlands within 1 to 2 working days. All shipments are made at the buyer's expense and risk. The time of legal delivery is considered to be the moment we have delivered the package containing the goods you ordered to PostNL.
2. CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY DATE AND LOCATION
When checking out your order, you will also have the option to specify a delivery date and location. You can choose on which date you want the package to be delivered by PostNL.
It is also possible to pick up the package at one of the PostNL locations or even at a Parcel and Letter Machine of your choice.
If, unexpectedly, you are not at home on the specified date and you prefer not to have the package delivered to your neighbors, you can indicate this in the delivery options as well!
Once we have delivered the package to PostNL, a Track & Trace Code will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. With this Track & Trace Code, you can track your package.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
When checking out your order, you will receive a clear overview of the shipping costs we charge for your package. This will be almost equal or close to the rates that PostNL charges for handling a package.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
We will always do our utmost to process your order within 1 working day and deliver the package to PostNL. It is important to note that this depends on the payment method you have chosen. If you choose Direct Bank Transfer, there may be a delay when the amount has been credited to our account. The moment the amount owed for the order is credited to our bank account determines when we will proceed with processing the order.
If orders cannot be delivered completely, you will be notified on the order confirmation.
PostNL typically delivers your package within 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands. For other countries within Europe, this may vary from 2 to 20 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to customs procedures.
5. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SHIPPING
We always strive to find suitable packaging for your shipment. In most cases, we will first reuse as much packaging as possible. This means, for example, that we will first use boxes that our suppliers have used for the orders we placed with them.
For packages where we cannot reuse previously used packaging materials, we will unfortunately have to use new packaging to ship your items. However, we have purchased new recycled packaging to assemble and send the packages as environmentally friendly as possible.
