Payment Methods
Over the years, we have expanded the payment options for you as a customer, so that you can almost always choose the desired payment method. Below is an overview of the available payment methods and where they can be used.
When making purchases through our webshop, you will get a clear overview of the payment options at checkout. You can choose from:
- Direct bank transfer
- iDeal
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Credit card
- Pay later / After pay
- Belfius Direct Net
- Giropay
- Bancontact
- SOFORT Banking
- iDeal for invoice payments
iDeal
iDeal is one of the most well-known payment methods in the Netherlands for online purchases. You can also securely pay with iDeal when you make a purchase in our webshop.
Additionally, it is possible to pay with iDeal for purchases made outside the webshop. This applies to, for example, delivered stringing services, orders via email, WhatsApp/Telegram, or phone. In these cases, you will receive an invoice at the email address you provided, which includes a payment button that allows you to pay via iDeal.
Payment Request
We also have an agreement with many customers to allow them to pay via a payment request, commonly known as a Tikkie. However, we do not use Tikkie but instead send a payment request via KNAB, where we have our business account.
If we have arranged this payment method with you, we will always send a payment request from our known number +31 6 12039689. If you receive a payment request under our name from a different number, it was not sent by us!
Pin Payment
Are we present in the sports hall during a play night/training session or at a (badminton) event? Then you can also securely pay via our mobile payment terminal, either contactless or in the regular way.
If you wish to receive confirmation of the pin transaction after payment, we can automatically send it to the email address or phone number you provided, so that you always have a proof of payment. Since we strive to be 100% paperless, it is not possible to provide a printed receipt.
Cash Payment
To date, it is still possible to pay with cash, although we request that you pay the exact amount. However, we prefer the aforementioned payment methods such as iDeal, payment request, or pin payment. This is to ensure safety for both you and our sellers, who are often present at various locations.
From a safety perspective, we believe it is no longer appropriate to send sellers with cash on the streets. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.
